SO TIRED!

Sam and I have been working non-stop for the last 8 days. We finished the shed and painted most of the house. The wind kept us from finishing so we will pick that back up another day. I will take pictures of the Formal living/dining room, the office, downstairs bath and laundry room so you can see some of Sam's "shoddy" work. lol

WE PAINTED THE OUTSIDE!

Wow, the house looks so different since Sam and I painted. We still have a little to do in the backyard, but from the front it looks great. We got approved for the new RV gates and I can't wait for them to be installed. We are getting a new garage door and it will get painted the same color as the front door. Let me know what you think

RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL 2008

AAAARRRGH! My lil pirate Taylor and her friend Becca say goodbye to us at the entrance and disappeared into the crowd of the Renaissance Festival it's last day in town. The weather was perfect.

GO! Juli and Lacey found themselves in a stroller race in the middle of the festival. I believe Lacey and Jace won by just a nose.

Lacey and Bradon took a camel ride once around the arena.....hmmm the cost was about the same as a tank of gas to get out to the festival in the first place! lol

Slip, sliding on the huge rocking horse. Lacey and I couldn't decide if we should hang on for our dear lives or that of the kids. I was trying to hang on to Lacey as well!

Taylor's bestest friend in the whole wide world just turned 16! Cold Stone ice cream cake and we were all happy!

EASTER IN MARCH!

Well this holiday came upon me out of the blue. I was able to secure a Honey Baked Ham and had Juli, Cole, Chelsea and Logan over for dinner. Sam spent the day planting trees out in the backyard after he played Easter Bunny for the kids! We were surprised by a visit from Brian Sr. who showed up to take the kids to lunch. The kids, however, were still asleep so he had to return 30 minutes later. I am glad that he got to see them for a few hours and hope he enjoyed sharing the holiday with them.
